Refund & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept any undamaged and unscratched glasses returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

The customer must send the parcel to our address using any courier service at their own expense.

Delivery charges and taxes are non-refundable.

Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 1–2 working days after we receive the returned products.

Steps To Follow

Repack Parcel

Make sure that the item should be packed safely. Damaged item will not be accepted.

Prescription Glasses Amount Not Refundable

The extra amount of Lenses will not be refunded. Only the Frame amount will be refunded. This rule apply only when the prescription is right and customer doesn’t want it for any possible reason.
If the prescription is right, then the lense amount will be deducted.

If the prescription is wrong, then the company recheck it, and will refund the entire amount.
